At Perki Patches, we stand behind our products and offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don't see results, you can get a refund within 60 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Even though we offer free shipping on orders above $60, shipping charges will still apply on refunded orders.

Please note that all purchases made during promotional offers are considered final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on discounted items

To start a return, you can contact us at perkipatches@gmail.comwe’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

1) Short-Term Patches: Orders for 1-week and 2-week patches are not refundable as we guarantee results within a month. These short-term patches are for customers already using our product.

2) Shop Pay Installments: Orders made through Shop Pay installments are not refundable.

3) Unused Products: Refunds will not be issued if the product has not been used.

4) Incorrect Address: No refund will be given if an incorrect address or phone number was provided at the time of ordering.

5) Shipped Orders: Refunds will not be processed if your order has already been shipped or a tracking number has been generated.

5) Stolen Orders: We will not issue a refund if your order is stolen

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
